What information is needed?

The system is usually able to automatically process your name and address from the payment or shipping credentials. This means that you will only have to include your DOB (date of birth) manually.

How do I include my photo ID?

There are three easy options:

What types of photo IDs are acceptable?

Certain IDs, such as military Identification cards, require images of the front and back to show all necessary info. If you are having trouble uploading two images in one submission through the popup, please email them as attachments to help@agechecker.net and they will manually verify your order. Since ID submissions are immediately deleted, two separate submissions cannot be verified.

 Is my information secure?

The information you provide is used solely to confirm your age and prevent underage purchases. Data is never shared with third-party companies.

Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance. Access to all of services is secured with powerful 256-bit AES encryption. Personal data is stored on a private internal network that is not linked to the internet.

All personal information will be completely secure and stored — date of birth, name, and address. This means that you only have to go through the process once! Photo IDs are not stored; they are deleted as soon as you are verified.

How long do verifications take?

90% of U.S. customers can be verified immediately with their name, address, and date of birth.

If you cannot be verified automatically using basic order information, you will be asked to submit an image of your ID. This process is easy and occurs on the popup; you will not be redirected from the checkout page. Once you have provided a photo ID, it typically takes 10 to 30 seconds to age check.

Can I cover private information on my photo ID?

Yes, as long as the software is able to see your name, date of birth, the expiration date, and enough of the details to confirm authenticity. You can cover other information, including driver's license number and address.

Do I have to get verified every time?

If you've uploaded an ID once and use the same name, address, and date of birth for your next order, you won't be asked to submit an ID again. If one of those three things changes or is entered inaccurately, we won't recognize you, triggering the ID prompt.

There are certain exceptions, however. Websites can customize our settings to require an ID for every customer, whether new or returning. Settings vary from website to website and are updatedat the website's discretion.

What if I don't live in the America?

International customers are required to submit their information. IP geolocation determines whether you are outside of the US. and refers to rules the website has chosen for international orders or your specific country: they may block purchases, require an ID for every purchase, ask you to self-confirm age, or disable age verification.

I am of legal age! Why is it saying I'm not?

The legal nicotine vaping age varies across different countries. We establish the settings of our website, so reach out directly to us if you were mistakenly rejected from making a purchase. You must be 21 or older to purchase any nicotine delivery systems in the US.
